The promise

If you buy PitchShed Pro and it is not what you hoped for, ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment and you will get all of it back. You do not need a reason, and we will not ask for one.

How to ask

Email jetunitbusiness@gmail.com from the address you paid with. We start the refund with Paddle, our payment provider, and the full amount goes back to the payment method you used. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer. Your Paddle receipt also has a link to Paddle's own help pages, if you prefer to ask them.

Which payments

Monthly and yearly plans alike, and renewals as well as the first payment. If a renewal catches you off guard, the same 30 days count from that payment.

Canceling is separate

Canceling stops future payments; a refund returns a payment you have already made. You can do either, or both. To cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the refund is issued through Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms describe how they handle payments.
